Minimum 2 people required

Exp Level: Beginners. Ages 15+. Steps, steep areas

Walking and camping with Blue Mountains guides is the best way to travel deep into the Blue Mountains wilderness.

The Jamison Valley Hike begins through temperate rainforest areas along the southern cliff lines of Katoomba. Hugging the base of the cliff before heading over the Ruined Castle. Plenty of rock scrambling/climbing sees us atop the knife edge of Mount Solitary – and the spectacular views continue all the way across the top of Mount Solitary. These are some of the best views in the Blue Mountains.

Overnight camp is in the heart of the Jamison Valley wilderness. This trek can be done as a basic overnight hike, or the length of the walk extended to a two or three night hike.
